Booking and Payments

1What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a full payment via Square.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

1On Cancellation/Reschedule is the payment refundable?

A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a fee and make you uneligible for a refund.

Hair Preparation

1How should my hair be prepared for the appointment?

Your hair must be blow-dried and tangle-free before arrival.

Please arrive with clean hair scalp, hair must be blown out for best results.
GPS/Find location as soon as you book.
I do provide the braiding hair, it's included in the price. text me the hair color you want after booking.

2What’s the policy for bringing lace wigs?

  • Drop off lace 3 days before your appointment.

  • Same-day lace drop-off: $25 fee

  • Used lace not installed by us: Charged as a new lace

  • For best results, match the lace to your skin tone.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

1What happens if I’m late to my appointment?

  • 15-25 minutes late: $25 late fee

  • 35+ minutes late: Your appointment will be canceled
